At CrewSport, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to have your account and associated personal information deleted from our systems, we're here to help you with that process.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and credentials
- Personal information (name, email, profile photo)
- Team memberships and associations
- Messages and communications within the app
- Event participation history
- App preferences and settings
- Any other personal data associated with your account
⚠️ Important Information
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, messages, or any other information. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that some information may be retained for legal or security purposes:
- Transaction records required by law
- Anonymized analytics data
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
- Data required for security and fraud prevention
Processing Timeline
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
How to Request Data Deletion
To submit a data deletion request, please follow these steps:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your CrewSport account
- Username (if applicable)
- A clear statement requesting account and data deletion
Alternative: Delete Your Account In-App
You can also delete your account directly from within the CrewSport app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will immediately remove your data from our systems.
